An ex-Airtel professional, PGDM graduate from IMI Delhi, and a Hansraj College alumna, Swasti has over 7 years of hands-on business experience working across marketing, sales, and customer acquisition ecosystems. Her journey spans large corporate environments as well as building and scaling businesses from the ground up.
Through her experience, she identified a recurring gap between marketing activities and actual sales outcomes—where visibility was prioritized, but conversions were overlooked. This insight led to the creation of FACS — Fulcrum of Adding Customers & Sales.
Under her leadership, FACS operates with a clear focus on targeted audience acquisition, performance-led execution, and measurable business growth across both B2B and B2C markets. Her approach blends strategic thinking with on-ground execution, ensuring campaigns are aligned to real customers and real revenue.
